Volunteer at Central Office!
The Central Office is looking for volunteers. You can sign up for one or multiple weekly shifts. Come sell chips and literature, answer member and newcomer phone calls, and participate in the operations of Central Office.Contact the Volunteer Coordinator.

Central Office Hotline
The Central Office Hotline is a service that forwards incoming phone calls to member phones when the Central Office is closed. This way we can be available for the suffering alcoholic outside of regular business hours. A member or a group can volunteer to answer incoming calls at a certain time of week or month. Some groups host phone answering parties, and some have a rotating service position. Take a look at the calendar below to see open Hotline times. 12 Step Coordinator
The 12 Step Coordinator maintains a list of AA members who are willing to reach out to newcomers, share their experience, answer questions, and possibly give rides to meetings. Central Office Board
The Central Office Board consists of the Chair, the Co-Chair, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the District 2, 10, 11, and 13 Trustees. The board is responsible for the continued operations of Central Office, supporting the Committee Chairs, and ensures adherence to the wishes of the groups brought to Central Office by the Central Office Group Reps. The Outreach Committee maintains contact with A.A. groups in the SLC Metro Area in order to inform the groups of Central Office’s function of service to the groups, to promote general cooperation between Central Office and individual A.A. groups, to strengthen and encourage effective individual participation in service to alcoholics and A.A., and to maintain and update Central Office records.
